Lab 1.1 Instalasi MikroTik in GNS3

Disini saya akan posting laporan saya mengenai instalasi MikroTik di GNS3 dan menampilkan video tutorial yang saya buat.

Here I will posting my report on MikroTik with QEMU installation in GNS3 and display video tutorial.

C. Steps

Copy iso MikroTik nya untuk dipindahkan dari data kalian ke directory system (C:) pada Windows. Apabila belum mempunyai ISO MikroTik nya kalian bisa download di http://mikrotik.co.id/download.php atau juga bisa di http://www.routeros.co.id/.

Copy iso MikroTik her to move your data to the system directory (C :) in Windows. If it does not have ISO MikroTik you can download at http://mikrotik.co.id/download.php or can also http://www.routeros.co.id/.

Paste kan di 'C:\Program Files\GNS3\qemu-0.13.0'. Untuk versi GNS3 1.2.1 letak folder paste berada di 'C:\Program Files\GNS3\qemu-0.13.0', untuk yang versi GNS3 1.2 letak folder pastenya di 'C:\Program Files\GNS3\qemu', dan untuk versi 0.8 kebawah letak folder pastenya diluar yaitu 'C:\Program Files\GNS3'. Disini saya menggunakan versi terbaru, yaitu GNS3 1.2.1.

Paste in "C: \ Program Files \ GNS3 \ qemu-0.13.0 '. For version 1.2.1 GNS3 paste the folder location in the 'C: \ Program Files \ GNS3 \ qemu-0.13.0', to which version of GNS3 1.2 pastenya folder location in the 'C: \ Program Files \ GNS3 \ qemu', and to version 0.8 down outside paste the folder layout is 'C: \ Program Files \ GNS3'. Here I am using the latest version, which is GNS3 1.2.1.

Masuk ke 'Start Menu' ketik CMD kemudian klik kanan untuk memakai 'Run Administrator'.

Go to the 'Start Menu' write CMD then right-click to wear 'Run Administrator'.

Pindah menggunakan perintah 'cd C:\Program Files\GNS3\qemu-0.13.0'. Untuk versi 1.2.1 direktorinya 'C:\Program Files\GNS3\qemu-0.13.0', untuk yang versi GNS3 1.2 direktorinya di 'C:\Program Files\GNS3\qemu', dan untuk versi 0.8 kebawah letak direktorinya yaitu 'C:\Program Files\GNS3'. Masukkan perintah untuk 'qemu-img.exe create -f qcow2 mikrotik.img 256M' membuat create image MikroTik, apabila di enter ada bacaan 'Formatting' maka itu berhasil.

Enter the command to 'qemu-img.exe create -f qcow2 mikrotik.img 256M' make create image MikroTik, if in no readings enter 'Formatting' then it worked.

Masukkan perintah berikutnya 'qemu.exe mikrotik.img -boot d -cdrom "mikrotik-6.24.iso"' dan 'Enter'.  Apabila tidak bisa ketika 'Enter' pastikan nama iso berserta ekstensi yang dimasukkan, seperti contoh dibawah ini 'mikrotik 6-24.iso'

Entering the next command 'qemu.exe mikrotik.img Boot d -cdrom "mikrotik-6.24.iso' 'and' Enter '. If not when the 'Enter' sure iso name is entered along with extensions, like the example below 'mikrotik 6-24.iso'

Akan muncul instalasi MikroTik,  Kemudian pilih semuanya dengan menekan 'a', 'y' untuk mengkonfirmasi dan 'y' untuk memformat harddisk.

MikroTik installation will appear, then select it by pressing 'a', 'y' to confirm and 'y' to format the hard drive.

Tunggu proses hingga selesai menginstalasi MikroTik, setelah itu tekan 'Enter' untuk menyelesaikan instalasi MikroTik, langsung close saja biar tidak mengulang instalasi seperti awal lagi.

Wait for the process to finish installing the MikroTik, then press 'Enter' to complete the installation MikroTik, immediately close just let me not repeat as the initial installation again.

Buka GNS3 nya. Disini saya menggunakan GNS3 terbaru 1.2.1. Pilih menu 'Edit-Preference'.

Open GNS3 her. Here I am using the latest GNS3 1.2.1. Select the 'Edit-Preferences'.

Pilih 'QEMU VMs', Masukkan nama dan masukkan 'mikrotik.img' pada folder yang sudah diletakkan dan dibuat melalui CMD.

Select 'QEMU VMs', Enter a name and enter 'mikrotik.img' on the folder that has been laid out and made by CMD.

Kemudian 'Apply' dan 'OK'.  Maka akan terlihat QEMU MikroTiknya. Drag icon ataupun symbol ke luar.

Then 'Apply' and 'OK'. It will show QEMU Mikrotik. Drag the icon or symbol to the outside.

Kemudian 'Play', maka akan muncul QEMU yang seperti CMD. Tunggu proses loading hingga selesai.

Then the 'Play', it would appear that such CMD QEMU. Wait until the loading process is complete.

Setelah selesai, secara default masukkan user (admin) dan password (kosong) tekan 'Enter'. Kemudian 'Enter' lagi dan proses penginstalan selesai.

Once completed, by default enter the user (admin) and password (empty) press 'Enter'. Then 'Enter' again and the installation process is complete.
